Shipping & returns

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Your order goes to our fulfilment partner within one business day and is usually dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

• Free standard shipping on orders over $70
• Under $70, standard shipping is a flat $8; express is $15
• Typical delivery: 10 to 20 business days after dispatch
• Our pieces ship from our fulfilment partner's overseas warehouse, so they take longer to arrive than a domestic courier would take
• Tracking is emailed once the carrier picks the package up

Returns

If a piece is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Items need to be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, with tags still attached.

• Email us and we will send a return label
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the package arrives back with us
• Refunds usually appear within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return

What we cannot accept back

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings, and we cannot accept wedding dresses that have been altered or made to your measurements. Anything faulty on arrival is always covered, altered or not.

Something arrived damaged

Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. You do not need to send a damaged item back before we sort it out.
