Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it.

What we can accept back

• Items that are unused and unwashed, in their original packaging, with any tags still attached
• Anything that arrived damaged or faulty, in any condition

What we cannot accept back

• Earrings and other pierced jewelry, for hygiene reasons
• Wedding dresses and formal gowns that have been altered
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Anything faulty on arrival is always covered, altered or not.

How to start a return

Message us through our contact page with your order number and what you would like to return. We will reply with a return label and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we will inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving the package. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is the result of our error or a faulty item.

Damaged or incorrect items

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you. You do not need to send a damaged item back before we sort it out.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order once your refund is confirmed.
