Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only. This policy explains how and when your order will reach you.

Processing time

Your order is passed to our fulfilment partner within one business day. Most orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of being placed.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders over $70
• Standard shipping is a flat $8 on orders under $70
• Express shipping is $15
• Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay

Delivery time

Our pieces are shipped from our fulfilment partner's overseas warehouse, so they take longer to arrive than a domestic courier would take. Most orders arrive 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, severe weather, carrier delays and peak seasons such as the December holidays can add time.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once the carrier picks up your package. Tracking can take a few days to show its first scan. If nothing has updated after 7 business days, get in touch through our contact page and we will chase it.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped, and we cannot refund orders lost because of an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately and we will change it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Where we do not ship

We do not currently ship outside the United States, and we cannot deliver to freight forwarders.

Missing packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier.
