Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date if they meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send any items back without first contacting us for authorization.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A defective product
- An incorrect item shipped by Mavrisko
- A product damaged during shipping
In these cases, Mavrisko will cover the return shipping costs.
Inspection & Approval
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly provide a replacement, subject to product availability.
